Are there any registration or material fees?
Course prices include access to our core learning materials and a placement test. Some optional exam preparation workbooks or certification exams may carry a separate cost, which we'll disclose clearly before enrollment.
Can I switch between group and private classes?
Yes, students can move between group, small group, and private formats. We'll prorate the remaining balance from your current plan and apply it toward the new package based on the days already used.
Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?
We offer reduced monthly rates for students who enroll in 3-month or 6-month blocks compared to month-to-month billing. Ask our team for current multi-month pricing during your consultation.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with two weeks' notice before the next billing cycle. Unused private lesson hours from a prepaid package can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase.
Is online learning available at the same price?
Online group and private sessions are priced the same as in-person classes at our Valencia location. We use video conferencing tools and shared digital materials to keep the learning experience consistent.
